Prefer to talk? Call now(208) 555-0147Our aim. The site is built to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. That means clear heading order, text alternatives for images, readable color contrast, forms with labels, and pages that work with a keyboard alone and on small screens.
Known limits. Some content, such as linked government documents and PDF files, comes from other websites. We cannot control how accessible those files are. The interactive tools, the cost calculator and the repair-or-replace checker, are built to work with a keyboard, but if any step gives you trouble, the same help is available by phone.
Other ways to reach us. If any part of the site is hard to use, you can call (208) 555-0147 and ask for the same information or make a request by phone.
Tell us about a barrier. If you find a problem, please let us know through the contact page or by phone. Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do and the device or assistive technology you were using. We review reports and work to fix the issues we find.
