Roof Replacement Boise ID wants to hear from you if something goes wrong. This policy, last updated October 3, 2026, explains how homeowners in Boise, Idaho and nearby towns can raise a concern about this website or about a roofer they met through it.
Prefer to talk? Call now(208) 555-0147Complaints about this site. If you have a concern about how the site works, how your details were handled, or how a request was passed on, call (208) 555-0147 or send a message through the contact page. Tell us your name, how to reach you, the date of your request and what happened. We will look into it and reply.
Complaints about a roofer. Roofers who receive requests through this site are independent businesses. We do not control their work, prices or contracts, and we cannot settle a contract dispute between you and a roofer. We still want to know when a roofer falls short, so please tell us. We may stop passing requests to a roofer after repeated complaints.
Where else to turn. For a problem with a contractor's registration or conduct, you can contact the Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses, which runs contractor registration. For a concern about an insurance claim, or a roofer who offered to waive your deductible, you can contact the Idaho Department of Insurance Consumer Affairs line at 208-334-4319. If you signed a roofing contract at your home, Idaho law may give you until midnight of the third business day to cancel it in writing.
Keep records. Save your contract, estimates, receipts, photos and any messages with the roofer. They help any agency or advisor you contact understand what happened.
No cost to complain. You will never be charged for raising a complaint with us.
