We are not a roofing contractor. This site does not inspect, repair or replace roofs, and it does not write estimates or sign contracts. It holds no Idaho contractor registration number because it does no contracting work. Every roof job is between you and the roofer you choose.

Roofers pay us. When you send a request or call the number on this site, your details go to one independent local roofer. That roofer pays us for the referral. This is how the site is funded.

You never pay, and you never receive anything. Homeowners pay nothing to use this site. We do not charge you, add a fee to your roof price or take a share of your contract. We also never give homeowners anything of value: no gift cards, rebates, credits, discounts, deductible help or rewards for referring neighbors. Idaho Code §48-603(15) bars paying a buyer for naming other buyers, and we do not do it.

Do your own checks. Idaho requires contractors on jobs over $2,000 to register with the state and show their registration number on ads and contracts. Before you hire, look up the roofer's number with the Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses, ask for proof of liability insurance and workers' compensation, and get a written, itemized contract. You are free to get other bids and to hire anyone you like, or no one at all.

Insurance claims. We never handle claims. A roofer may record and price damage. Settling the claim stays with you and your insurer, and only a public adjuster you hire separately may negotiate it for pay.
